BMO Harris Bradley Center

UWM Panther Arena
This 12,700-seat facility has been Milwaukee's home for sports, entertainment and events since 1950. Catch the city’s top concerts, sporting events, motocross races and more.
The Rave (Eagles Ballroom)
This 180,000 square foot, seven-level, live entertainment complex features eight independent clubs with capacities ranging from 400 to 4,000, highlighted by the truly spectacular Eagles Ballroom. Musical acts of every genre perform at the Rave, located across the street from the Ambassador Hotel.
Wisconsin Convention Center
Milwaukee's downtown convention center hosts shows and conventions of every kind throughout the year.
There's never a rainout of Milwaukee Brewer baseball games at the retractable-roof stadium. The stdium is home the the Milwaukee Brewers major league baseball team. In addition the Brewer games, the stadium hosts a number of events throughout the year such as concernts performed by major music groups.
Milwaukee Public Museum
Milwaukee’s world-class natural history museum and IMAX theater offer a great way to spend the day. Walk through the canopy of the Amazon rainforest, view fossils, let a butterfly land on you and walk through the newly renovated Streets of Old Milwaukee. The MPM also hosts a variety of special exhibits throughout the year such as Body Worlds, the Titanic Exhibit, a Cleopatra exhibit and more. The IMAX theater is a true IMAX experience that offers a nearly 360 degree view of the movie, allowing you to feel as if you are IN the film. The museum offers interesting and engaging exhibits for children and adults of all ages.
Discovery World Museum
Make learning fun for at this fully interactive museum showcasing the Reiman Aquarium, two theaters and the Denis Sullivan, a fully functional sailing vessel modeled after a 19th-century Great Lakes schooner. Discovery World offers a hands-on learning experience for children as well as adults. Make it rain (literally!) over the Great Lakes and walk over water in the aquarium where portions of the floor are transparent, allowing a bird's eye view of the water beneath your feet. Touch a sting ray and test the laws of physics then captain a tall ship! Discovery world is a must-do on a visit Milwaukee.
Milwaukee Art Museum
Treasured old masters and vibrant modern art are on display at this internationally acclaimed building designed by Santiago Calatrava. The Milwaukee Art Museum hosts numerous special exhibits throughout the year such as a collection of work by Kandinsky, Picasso and more. The museum offers a close-up view of artwork from well known artists as well as some that may be new to most. The art museum's architecture is worth the visit alone! At noon witness the "Brise de Soleil" (the museum's wings) raise, weather permitting.
Henry W. Maier Festival Park (i.e. Summerfest Grounds)
The Henry W. maier Festival Park, located on Milwaukee's lakefront, is home to the world's largest music festival, Summerfest. In addition, a variety of world famous music and ethnic festivals are held on the grounds throughout the year.
Marcus Center for the Performing Arts
Enjoy local performances by the Milwaukee symphony, opera and ballet. Or see a Broadway show.
This intimate 1,300-seat venue hosts a year-round schedule of concerts, plays, musicals, opera and comedy shows.
Historic, grand and beautifully renovated, this entertainment venue seats 2,460 people and hosts a wide range of different musical artists and shows.
Milwaukee County Zoo
The Milwaukee County Zoo is recognized as one of the best zoos in the country. All species of animals from all over the world are exhibited at the zoo. The zoo allows carry-in food and bverages and also offers an array of restaurants and food vendors. The Milwaukee County Zoo is open 365 days per year! So plan to spend some time visiting and learning about these terrific creatures!
Wisconsin State Fair Park
Enjoy the annual Wisconsin State Fair as well as many other indoor and outdoor events. throughout the year. Wisconsin State Fair Park is home to the Pettit National Ice Center, an olympic training facility. The park is also home to the Milwaukee Mile and numerous pavillion buildings that are used for events such as a Winter Farmer's Market, the Wisconsin Sports Show and more!
Do you have a "need for speed"? This historic raceway features CART and NASCAR racing throughout the year. Located just minutes West of the Ambassador Hotel, the Milwaukee Mile is an attraction for race fans of all ages!
Betty Brinn Children’s Museum
The perfect family outing, Milwaukee's only museum designed specifically for children is home to a colorful array of hands-on exhibits and interactive programs. Run a market from the cash register to the deli, drive a bus, be a paramedic, conduct a symphony, perform a play, broadcast the news...Betty Brinn Children's Museum is a MUST DO for familiis with young children! Plan to spend at least a few hours or stay all day!
In 1892, the Flemish Renaissance Revival Mansion of Captain Frederick Pabst, world famous beer baron, accomplished sea captain, real estate developer, philanthropist and patron of the arts, was completed.
The masion is restored and furnished to it's original beauty. The mansion is open for tours daily and is located just steps East of the Ambassador Hotel.
Harley Davidson Museum
Milwaukee is the proud birthplace of Harley Davidson Motorcycles. The Harley-Davidson Museum is a North American museum near downtown, Milwaukee, Wisconsin celebrating the more than 100-year history of Harley-Davidson motorcycles. The 130,000-square-foot, three building complex on 20 acres along the Menomonee River bank contains more than 450 Harley-Davidson motorcycles and hundreds of thousands of artifacts from the Harley-Davidson Motor Company's 110-year history. The museum attracts an estimated 300,000 visitors annually and is the hub for each year's anniversary rally, which draws thousands of Harley davidson enthusiasts to the city each year.
The Miller Brewery is located just minutes from the Ambassador and offers tours on a daily basis. The tour consists of histpric informationas well as a view of the brewery itself. At the end of the tour visitors are treated to samples of the dwelicious brew, native to Milwaukee.
The Pettit National Ice Center Olympic Training Facility
The Pettit National Ice Center is an indoor ice skating facility, featuring two international-size ice rinks and a 400-meter speed skating oval. Located adjacent to Wisconsin State Fair Park, the center opened on January 1, 1993, and was named for Milwaukee philanthropists Jane and Lloyd Pettit. Although Wisconsin State Fair Park owns the land and the building, the Pettit National Ice Center Inc., a non-profit corporation, has operated the site since the facility opened. The center is open to the public during designated times for running on the indoor track and ice skating.
Lake Michigan Lakefront
Milwaukee's lakefront is part of the Milwaukee County Parks system and offers an array of activities for people of all ages. The lakefront is home to McKinley Marina, Bradford Beach and Veteran's Park. The park offers watercarft rentals suck as jet skis, bicycle rentals including tandem carriage bike and human powered go carts. Rent a paddle boat and take a ride around the pond or fly a kite from "The Gift of Wings" kite shop.
